We do not allow our inflatable jumps to operate in the rain. It is very
unsafe for the users and very damaging to the units. If it calls for rain
in the forecast then we will cancel rentals. Since the weather can change
quickly, we will strictly maintain the following Weather Policy:
If prior to the term of your reservation (Up to 24 hours before delivery)
the weather forecast calls for severe weather (rain, high chance of rain,
thunder showers, and/or winds stronger than 20 mph / temperatures over 100
degrees below 50 degrees) we will cancel your reservation. We
will make every effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates and
times.
If we set up the inflatable jump and severe weather conditions (i.e. rain,
high winds, etc.) move in during the term of your rental agreement, get all
kids out of the unit and unplug the blower from the outlet. If the rain stops
or winds decrease to a safe level, you can plug the blower back in. We reserve
the right to cancel your reservation due to severe weather. Once the
inflatable jump has been setup all payments are non-refundable.
To accommodate our scheduling, we may need to setup your rental unit up to
3 hours earlier than your scheduled rental setup time due to delivery routing
requirements.
An early setup will not affect your scheduled takedown time and will not
incur any additional cost to you. If the setup time will be earlier than 2
hours before your scheduled rental time, we will call you as soon as we finish
the routing to let you know the approximate time we will be at your location.
If requested we can have the driver call when en-route to your location.
Inflatable Jumps can be setup on grass,
cement, asphalt or hard dirt (packed). We will not set-up on sand,
gravel, loose or muddy dirt.
A outdoor hard surface charge of $40.00 will apply when the Inflatable
Jumps is set up on cement or asphalt.
These fees are due to extra wear and tear to our Inflatable Jumps when set
up on hard surfaces. Extra equipment is also required (sand bags / canvas tarps).
